No-Risk Refund
Our service is backed by a refund policy, which entitles you to some or all of your money back if enough disputed items are not removed or improved. Put simply, we don’t believe you have to pay for ineffective service. Here’s how the refund policy works.
After you have been a Credit-Professionals client for twelve (12) MONTHS, IF YOU FEEL AMBIVALENT ABOUT THE SUCCESS OF OUR SERVICE YOU CAN REQUEST AN EVALUATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT. You must send us current credit reports. We will calculate the total value of all successfully deleted and/or improved items and compare that amount to the fee you have paid. If what you paid exceeds the value of deleted items we will reimburse you the difference.
To determine the total value of our service we count the number of items successfully improved or deleted from your credit report and multiply that by $20.00 per item. This does not mean that we will charge $20.00 in addition to our regular fee. Rather, we use the value of $20.00 per deleted item to determine if we created a spectacular value for you or not
Here is an example of how the refund policy works.
Example:
After twelve (12) months only five (5) items were deleted and/or improved from your credit report. You began with fifteen (15) negative items, ten (10) remain. Your refund will be calculated as follows:
Your cost for twelve (12) months: $299.00
Value of service rendered: $100.00 (5 deletions @$20.00 each)
Your refund $199.00
